Experience the beautiful Corrib River and lake departing from Waterside, Galway City. Relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Corrib river and lake. Take a 90-minute guided group tour with our Cruise supplier.
Departing from Steamer’s Quay, the Corrib Princess river-cruiser first travels up the Corrib River. Passengers enjoy views of Galway Cathedral and the Salmon Weir. Highlights along the way include the University of Galway Campus. Passengers will see Terryland Castle and Menlo Castle. There is also the Annaghdown Memorial, the many Rowing Crews on the river, and various Wildlife sanctuaries.
The boat then sails onto the beautiful Lough Corrib. It is Ireland’s largest Lake and a Special Area of Conservation. The lake has the spectacular Connemara Mountains to the West.
